As a Content Creator & Forum Manager, your main responsibility will be to write informative, engaging, and topic-relevant replies or posts on our management forums. You will also help maintain and grow the forum community by starting new discussions and responding to existing threads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write detailed replies or posts (minimum 500 words each) on ManagementPedia.com forums
• Ensure content is valuable, human-readable, and aligned with the topic
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist content creation (if desired)
• Create and manage discussion threads
• Meet daily/monthly posting targets (minimum 150–200 words per reply, with at least 500 words for assignments)
• Maintain content originality, coherence, and readability

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work on real-world project, enhance your skills, and gain hands-on experience in full-stack development using Flutter for mobile applications and React for web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Collaborate on building and enhancing the Flutter mobile application for Android and iOS.
• Web App Development: Assist in creating responsive and feature-rich web applications using React.
• Backend Integration: Work on integrating the frontend with our backend systems and APIs.
• Debugging & Optimization: Identify and resolve issues across platforms to ensure high performance and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:Must-Have:

• Experience or academic exposure to Flutter and React.

• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Basic database concepts (MongoDB).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to state management tools like Redux.
• Knowledge of Keys(Global keys) in Flutter.

• Proven working experience in software development

• Min 2-3 years of experience in Mobile App/Android development
• Min 1 year of experience in Kotlin
