Engineering Manager (PLC / Scada & Instrumentation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications for MRO services, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create efficient back-end systems with languages Java and integrating APIs and databases.
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate / JPA.
• Debug and resolve issues related to performance, memory usage, and latency.
• Develop user-friendly front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks React or Angular.
• Implement unit and integration tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable.
• Familiarity with Java/JEE concepts (exception handling, collections, memory basics).
• Experience in developing backend services for web applications.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of security concepts (JWT, OAuth2, authentication/authorization).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in industrial or service-based applications.
• Proficiency in back-end tech (Python/Java/Node.js, REST APIs) and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/NextJs)
• Experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and server-side operations.
• Familiarity with MRO services or industrial workflows is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

We are looking for a backend developer who has at least 1 year of professional experience in building systems on either Python or Node.js and is able to become an anchor/pillar for the team. The role will require you to architect and develop systems/features needed for our marketing automation products. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are also necessary so that the individual can train, educate and manage junior resources.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the on-site Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns
2. Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands
3. Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
4. Create engaging blog and social media content
5. Assist in the general distribution of press releases and media alerts
6. Provide support to our marketing team at live and online events

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Create rough and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• 0-1 experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e. g. Premiere Pro, After Effects & Adobe Illustrator)
