Engineering Lead

About the company JetPat is a fast growing product company in the HealthTech domain. We are well funded and are scaling across India. The Role We are looking for an engineering lead who can manage the entire stack, and lead tech efforts for all product releases. They would be a key member of the company and would be expected to build out a strong team around them. This role is for someone keen on getting in on the ground floor of a startup, with the opportunity to build out and shape the tech function, and work directly with the founding team in scaling the business. We also want someone who is passionate about our mission to transform the way that the current market is structured, and is excited about building a company with a potentially high impact. Requirements • 4+ years experience in full-stack development, ideally in a team lead / engineering lead role • Demonstrated leadership experience. You will be used to working under minimal / no supervision, and making technology decisions regularly • Clarity of thought, with strong communication skills. You should be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including investors • Experience with building mobile consumer products in India (not necessarily in healthcare, but would be a bonus) • Agile experience, including ability to competently and independently manage release cycles • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery/AngularJS • Back-end proficiency, with strong knowledge of PHP preferable • App development experience, as well as experience building out the relevant API architecture • Passionate about technology, and driven to produce high-quality products
