Embedded Engineer

Education : B.Tech / M.Tech only

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

• It's a Contractual role for a particular project ongoing in the company, duration will be 1 year or may exceed as per the project requirement, After that the candidate will be kept on permanent role.
• The candidate will be on company's payroll only.
• Candidate should be comfortable for directly visiting and working with client's place.
• Immediate to 15 days joiner preferred
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux Device Driver development
• Strong experience with Linux kernel programming & memory management
• Experience with Zephyr OS / device driver model (porting bare-metal drivers).
• Familiarity with RTOS linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers
• Proficiency in C / C++ programming languages
• Experience working with hardware interfaces/protocols (AXI, I2C, SPI)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in developing Linux Device Drivers.
• Preferred experience in Zephyr (need to port bare metal drivers to zephyr OS/device driver model).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers (Good to know Xilinx's IPs like AXI-DMA, XDMA etc).
• Expertise in Linux Memory Management.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Preferred familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).

Immediate to 15 days joiners are preferrable we need to close it asap.

• Background in Industrial Automation
• Prior experience in supervisory control systems software
• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information Science/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation with strong back ground in Industrial automation software
• Strong C, C+ programming on variety of Windows platforms using Microsoft technologies
• Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals data structures, algorithms, operating system concepts
• Excellent analytical skills, methodical problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills
• Prior experience of working in global teams and interfacing with multiple stake holders
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with extended teams spread across the globe.

Strong programming (Java, C/C++) and troubleshooting skill

Experience on Android telephony, connectivity framework

RIL 

Familiarity and support of PTCRB/GCF certification process.

Knowledge a cellular test equipment and network IOT

IMS/Volte/SMS over IMS/Video calling and SIP signaling – Desired

Knowledge of QUALCOMM tools, QXDM, QRCT, ER & Analysis of logs.

Preferred - knowledge on 3GPP specs and GSM/GPRS/EGPRS/WCDMA/UMTS/LTE/TD-SCDMA standards

• 3-7 years of experience in development of Algorithm & Functions for advance driver assist systems (ADAS), Autonomous driving (AD)
• Experienced in development using MATLAB Simulink, TargetLink, Stateflow
• Design and development of automotive feature/function software/components (ACC, AEB, TSR, LKA etc.) for ADAS/AD systems
• Coordination and regular interaction with different stakeholders and teams like testing, requirements, leads etc.
• Participate in SW requirement generation, SW architecture, detailed design etc

Relevant experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

1. Should be good at, C, C++, Linux driver development
2. Should have worked in protocol like i2S, SPI, i2C. rf, 6lowpan, Tcp / Ip stack etc..
3. Experience in porting MbedOS , FreeRTOS to different boards is good.
4. Analyzing and enhancing efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
5. Design, develop, code, test and debug system software
6. Provide post production support
7. Interface with hardware design and development

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in software engineering
2. Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
3. Solid programming experience in C or C++
4. Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components
5. Strong documentation and writing skills

SKILLS REQUIRED
• 4+ years experience in building highly available, fault tolerant and scalable real-time communications(Voice and WebRTC) systems in the cloud (AWS preferred).
• Demonstrated history of building complex, high-performance applications in C/C++.
• Proven expertise in network and system performance optimizations(including kernel, containers and virtualization technologies).
• Proficiency in telecom protocols (SIP, SDP and RTP/RTCP) and internet protocols(IPv4/IPv6, TCP and UDP) is desirable.
• Deep understanding of all aspects of WebRTC from audio codecs, to networking (ICE, STUN, TURN) up to server side components needed to deploy the technology at scale (SFU, MCU, Relays) and network security(TLS, SRTP).Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Programming experience with Python, Golang and Lua will be a plus.
• Prior experience working with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, Kamailio, or OpenSIPs will be a plus.
