Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead organic growth and

digital visibility across search engines and marketing platforms. This role focuses on SEO,

content optimization, social media, video marketing, and PPC, with working knowledge of

WordPress for SEO implementation and content management.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

 Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits

 Perform keyword research and competitor analysis

 Optimize website content for search visibility and conversions

 Implement on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and schema

basics

 Coordinate with developers for technical SEO fixes

 Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies

 Track and analyze SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs,

SEMrush

 Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights

 Knowledge of work with client directly.

WordPress

 Manage and optimize content within WordPress CMS

 Implement SEO updates using tools like Yoast, Rank Math, or similar plugins

 Ensure SEO best practices for URLs, metadata, image optimization, and internal linking

 Publish and optimize blogs and landing pages in WordPress

 Coordinate with developers for advanced WordPress or technical changes

Content & Optimization

 Optimize blogs, landing pages, and marketing content for SEO

 Create SEO content briefs and optimization guidelines

 Ensure alignment between content strategy and keyword goals

 Optimize bulk URLs of the job posting

Social Media Marketing

 Plan and manage social media strategies and content calendars

 Write captions, research hashtags, and schedule posts

 Engage with audiences and monitor platform performance

Video Marketing

 Ideate and support short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn)

 Optimize video captions, titles, and descriptions for reach

PPC

 Support PPC campaign setup and optimization

 Assist with keyword and audience research

 Track ad performance and optimization metrics

Required Skills & Experience

 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing

 Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search algorithms

 Working knowledge of WordPress CMS for content publishing and SEO implementation

 Experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA, GSC

 Familiarity with SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.)

 Experience in social media management and content marketing

 Basic to intermediate knowledge of PPC platforms

 Strong client communication and reporting skills on daily basis and client calls.

Demonstrated Skills: 

• Average ability on calling, spoken and written English with moderate medical billing knowledge. 

• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, on moderate and complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy. 

• Willingness to work in the night shift 

• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc. 

• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements 

• Meet productivity and quality standards 

• Should have good typing speed of 25 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. 

Sr. Executive - AR:-

Demonstrated Skills:

• Above average calling, spoken and written English skills, high medical billing knowledge 

• Should work independently, and with minimal supervision, on complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to analyze a claim and talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and take necessary action, so that the claim is closed 

• Mentor and guide team members 

• Willing to work in Night shifts 

• Typing skills should be at min 30 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. Should not have any unapproved absenteeism 

• Ensure required quality standards.
