Business Development Executive

What are we looking for?

• You have a good understanding and work experience in AKS, Kubernetes, and EKS.
• You are able to manage multi region clusters for disaster recovery.
• You have a good understanding of AWS stack.
• You have experience of production level in Kubernetes. 
• You are comfortable coding/programming and can do so whenever required. 
• You have worked with programmable infrastructure in some way - Built a CI/CD pipeline, Provisioned infrastructure programmatically or Provisioned monitoring and logging infrastructure for large sets of machines.
• You love automating things, sometimes even what seems like you can’t automate - such as one of our engineers used Ansible to set up the Ubuntu workstation and runs a playbook every time something has to be installed.
• You don’t throw around words such as “high availability” or “resilient systems” without understanding at least their basics. Because you know that words are easy to talk about but there is a fair amount of work to build such a system in practice.
• You love coaching people - about the 12-factor apps or the latest tool that reduced your time of doing a task by X times and so on. You lead by example when it comes to technical work and community.
• You understand the areas you have worked on very well but, you are curious about many systems that you may not have worked on and want to fiddle with them.
• You know that understanding applications and the runtime technologies gives you a better perspective - you never looked at them as two different things.

What you will be learning and doing?

• You will be working with customers trying to transform their applications and adopt cloud-native technologies. The technologies used will be Kubernetes, Prometheus, Service Mesh, Distributed tracing and public cloud technologies or on-premise infrastructure.
• The problems and solutions are continuously evolving in space but fundamentally you will be solving problems with simplest and scalable automation.
• You will be building open source tools for problems that you think are common across customers and industry. No one ever benefited from re-inventing the wheel, did they? 
• You will be hacking around open source projects, understand their capabilities, limitations and apply the right tool for the right job.
• You will be educating the customers - from their operations engineers to developers on scalable ways to build and operate applications in modern cloud-native infrastructure.

We are looking for an enthusiastic iOS Developer Intern who is skilled in Swift and passionate about building iOS apps from the ground up.

Test the feasibility and viability of the App.

1. Developing creative solutions and features in an iterative environment to meet the current product needs.

3. Optimizing components and creating docs, unit, scenario, integration sanity test, etc. if required

Roles and Responsibilites:

• Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions

MUST-HAVES

• Fluent in one Indian language (two languages is a significant plus)
• 1.5+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience of Adobe Suite and standard motion graphics design software
• Ability to learn new tools and do self-guided work within a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in creative, human-centered culture and cross-cultural design
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Excited to use your artistic talents in a social impact context

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.
• Experience with Swift, RxSwift, Swift UI, Unit test.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of network connections, Rest API'sand scheduling. Strong knowledge about security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.
• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Leveraging community libraries to efficiently complete development tasks.
• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.
• Persisting data for offline-first apps using databases such as Realm.
• Localizing apps to support multiple languages and regions, vernacular libraries and fonts.
• Familiar with Version control system such as GIT.
