Experience Level

• 1–2 years of professional experience in web application development using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Web API.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Work with MSSQL databases, including writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and performance improvements.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC with at least 1 years of project experience.
• Good working knowledge of ASP.NET Core for modern application development.
• Solid skills in C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.5+.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API development and consumption.
• Expertise in MSSQL (T-SQL, indexing, performance tuning).

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js for dynamic front-end development.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) for front-end applications.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with TypeScript for scalable JavaScript development.

Work Mode: Full-time On-site / Hybrid (Ahmedabad)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
3. Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
4. Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
5. Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
6. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
11. Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus

Backend Development at PoshVine:

We are building payment-linked real-time engagement tools embedded within banking and payment journeys. Our core engineering team strives to build solid backend foundations, infrastructure and a solid network of microservices. Apart from regular work, you can expect:

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Be involved in product and design decisions, and drive implementations. 
2. Help us scale the payment-linked loyalty infrastructure to every payment product used in India. Develop platform features for/with reusable code.
3. Work with IT/tech SPOCs from Banks and Fintechs to achieve seamless API integrations, resolve concerns, and move forward with program delivery and implementation. 
4. Tag team with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and work with banks to test out UAT/Production and create a rollout plan for the same. 
5. Perform in-depth research and identify sources off production issues surrounding the application. 
6. Make architectural decisions (microservices, choice of development frameworks and tools, database optimisations, load handling)
7. Proficient in Full stack development skills spanning the entire spectrum from:

1. Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL
2. Backend: Ruby on Rails
3. Front End: Web Development frameworks  (Angular / React / Vue JS)
4. Deployment: Capistrano, Chef, AWS, EC2, Git

You’ll be a good fit if you possess:

2. Good experience in working with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Python.
3. Proven ability to understand end user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.
4. Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general.

7. Possess excellent data management skills: 
1. How to structure databases that can scale
2. How to optimise database queries
3. Complying with the latest regulations around data for each geography
4. Managing the infrastructure that the data resides on to ensure 99.9% uptime across geographies
8. You are comfortable working on CI/CD toolchain, Kubernetes, etc.
9. 3+ years of experience.

• Experience with performance and optimization problems, particularly at a large scale, and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.

• Help to define and improve our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
