KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer technical recommendations and develop improvement plans based on data-driven insights.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. 
• Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in full stack development. 
• Solid experience working with RESTful services, independent of platform.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SQL Server, with the ability to define data flow, high-level data design, and relationships.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-based development. 
• Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and writing unit tests. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Designers. 
• Strong communication skills with a flexible, team-oriented approach. 
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and adaptability to shifting priorities. 
• Self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end applications using Razor View (MVC) in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and React / Angular.

Design and implement robust backend services using C# focusing on Rest APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

Work with databases like Microsoft SQL, with a focus on gradually adopting NoSQL solutions.

Create and maintain reporting solutions using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.

Design and manage ETL processes and data warehousing solutions using SSIS and SSAS.

Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain solutions on Azure, AWS, and Private Cloud environments.

Ensure code quality and performance optimization through regular reviews and updates.

Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprints, code reviews, and team meetings.

Ideal Candidate

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Razor View (MVC), JavaScript, jQuery, and React / Angular.

Strong backend development experience in C# using the Design First and Code First approaches.

Experience with RESTful API development and integration of third-party APIs.

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience with reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.

Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing tools, particularly SSIS and SSAS.

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Private Cloud.

Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.

Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization.

Knowledge of Python, Spark, or Databricks for advanced data processing

• Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation in Angular, Java,Spring MVC, JPA. Spring Boot, REST API, Database, and CI/CD pipelines, Playwright
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular (front-end) and Java Spring Boot (back-end). * At least 3 years of Hand-on Java EE and Core Java experience with strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with Web Service development, REST and Services Oriented Architecture.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration.
• Working knowledge of Databases including Design, SQL proficiency.

Lead Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack) (Product Lead ) - 5+ Exp.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Making sure that we are creating highly scalable and maintainable API’s that meet performance and security requirements.
• Make sure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJS Backend.
• Conduct detailed code reviews & refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
• Optimising frontend components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications.
• Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs.
• Define processes and deliverable that meet project goals and are reasonable within operational, cultural and technology constraints.
• Submit Weekly Sprint & Product Performance Report to Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Node.js & Angular development.
• Experience with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB is must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects properly and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is must.
