VTEST works with clients across the globe and employs Manual and Automation Testers to implement best testing practices for all types of testing. Our testers work Remote or from VTEST and client offices across India and international locations.

We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester with Salesforce testing experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing methodologies along with hands-on experience testing Salesforce-based applications along with BDD/Gherkin syntax and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Work Location: Work from Office - Viman Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in a week)

Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years 

Joining Availability - Immediate to 30 days

Required Skills:

• 4 - 6 years of manual testing experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce application testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and understanding end-to-end business workflows.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin) is mandatory.
• Worked on AI testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to effectively articulate issues and collaborate with teams.

What You Will Do:

• Understand and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Conduct various types of testing – functional, regression, UI, integration, and system testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components), workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and drive issues to resolution.
• Use tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or similar for test management and defect tracking.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test data, and testing metrics.
