Strata facilitate co-ownership, manages the property on behalf of investors (including tenancy), and provides seamless exit. In the interim, investors are free to transfer their ownership at current property prices through our tech-enabled platform. Through its platform, Strata allows investors to diversify their investments, removes the hassles of property management, and provides liquidity to an otherwise illiquid asset class.
