Reed and Willo

Reed & Willow was launched to challenge the status quo in the Indian recruitment business. From the very beginning, the company has been passionate about creating a big shift in the way that other businesses manage their workforces.

Reed & Willow is made up of people that take pleasure in the job that they do; we come into contact with recruiters who are unhappy with the work that they perform or HR teams who are disheartened by the limitations they face. Simply by hiring the proper individual, the company has the potential to influence other businesses and help them become game changers. R&W is a strategic recruitment partnership business that focuses on making the process of talent acquisition more cognitive. We do this by adopting data-driven tactics to drive our hiring process, and to save both money and time for its clients.
