Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for interacting with internal and external customers, gather requirements, map it to the system design solution if required, discuss it with Functional consultant and deploy/implement it and post implementation support.

Qualifications:

BSc Computer Science, Electronics, MSc/MCA, PGDCA or any equivalent degree

Skills:

Functional Skills:

• Good understanding of ERP Process and system
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in implementing Odoo Sh preferably, Odoo Online, Enterprise, Odoo Community Edition or experience in implementing any other ERP Software.
• Good Knowledge on the following: Purchase Process (Procure 2 Pay), Sales Process(Order 2 Cash), CRM , Accounting, Manufacturing

Technical Skills:

• Must knowledge on core Python programming concepts, Django framework, JavaScripts
• Good knowledge on SQL, PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge on ORM methods, Xml, Jquery/JS
• Good to have knowledge on Odoo Framework, Installing Odoo, Customize modules, create modules.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

In this role, you would be defining and implementing a great user experience for software, web applications, and platforms to meet customer needs and business objectives. The expectation would be to enhance the user experience by combining workflows and interfaces for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and design principles needed for intuitive solutions 
• Ability to communicate with the team and document the requirements and solutions elegantly.
• Gain a deep understanding of user needs, user psychology, and goals and communicate them to cross-functional product teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse product teams.
• Design web app interfaces and product experiences for a wide range of e-commerce products.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and develop test suites
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

• Experience in HTML/CSS,LESS,SasS, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery will be a plus.
• Experience with Design Software tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD, Invision, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, and Wireframing tools.
• Familiar with Material Design, Design Thinking, UI Design Patterns, User Research Methods.
• Working experience with agile sprints, participating in design reviews and retrospectives and managing task/ticket life cycle on project management software.

Job Title: ERPNext Developer 
Job Type: Full – Time

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be required to Design, Configure, Build, Test, Deploy and Maintain ERPNext and Frappe based applications:

• Gathering technical requirements for internal and external customers.
• Creation of documentation for software development and testing.
• Participation and use of Agile development methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement in development and operations best practices
• Ability to convey complex information in both written and oral form to technical and non-technical audiences

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS:
Core qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills are needed in order to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet development timelines
• Able to understand the complex business process and manage the project.
