•Experience in OOPS, SOLID principles & XP (eXtreme Programming) practices •Working experience in the following Web technologies: C# ASP.NET MVC, web services, SQL Server. •Exposure using tooling like Team Foundation Server (TFS) •Experience in client side programming languages like JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS is a plus. •Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks like MSTest and/or Mocking Frameworks (RhinoMocks, Moq) is an added advantage. •Understanding of agile software development practices, especially Lean and TDD •Experience in refactoring tool like ReSharper, knowledge of measuring and removing technical debt is a value add

Should be able to help steer the frontend architecture as well as backend architecture (PHP) as well as strategy on a team and inter team level. Be skilled in developing single page applications using web technologies such as AngularJS / React or similar. ● Angular 1.6 ● Angular 4 Be comfortable with using workflow / task automation technologies such as ● Gulp ● Grunt ● Webpack Be comfortable with using testing technologies such as: ● PHPUnit ● PHPSpec Be highly skilled in using PHP frameworks such as: ● Symfony ● Laravel Very comfortable with using API integration between backend and frontend systems. ● frontends is written in Javascript ( Angular ) and backend in Symfony. Have experience or knowledge of CI/CD for example: ● Jenkins ● Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Travis-ci It is a big plus if DDD and SOLID programming is a core consideration when developing. Software development approach with Unit testing in mind ( TDD mindset ) is a big big plus.

Role : Technical Scrum Master. • Leading multiple scrum teams working on various technologies like PHP and front end technologies (good to have experience with Big Data as an added skill). • Hands on coding. • Around 6-8 years of experience and good experience (2-3 yrs) in leading teams and direct client interaction. • Strong understanding of lean principles, agile, scrum and XP practices. • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. • Stakeholder and customer relationship management. Own KPI’s like ROI, CSAT, ESAT. • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence • Excellent oral, written communications & presentation skills and experience interacting with both business and software professionals. • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while having the “Big picture” view.
