For anyone selling to the e-commerce industry today would find more insights from PipeCandy than anywhere else. But, we are just getting started. To deliver comprehensive value to our customers, we need to think for them - understand what data and insights would help them sell better; track retail and e-commerce news, events, influencers & data aggregators; discover new and unconventional methods of accessing data and deriving insights; package and deliver very highly respected insights in the form of blogs and sales dossiers for our customers. You are passionate about global e-commerce and retail - You have an RSS feed of every news site that talks about retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics topics. You know key account level insights about more than a handful of retailers and e-commerce companies. You know every jargon, every buzzword and every metric that tells something about a retailer or an e-commerce company. You can front-end customer conversations along with the sales team, demonstrate your grasp on the topics discussed and provide insights that are relevant You can get hands-on, research about data sources, discuss partnerships and think laterally to identify unconventional methods of insight extraction You enjoy being an individual contributor who provides context-based leadership & guidance to sales, data & data science teams. We are looking to hire someone with 5-7 years experience (with all or most of it serving retail and e-commerce clients). Responsibilities: Handle customer queries - Simple, exotic and all in between Uncover issues that cause customer dissatisfaction, anxiety or irritation Raise open issues with cross functional teams and take ownership of resolving the issues in a timely manner Set expectations and drive a process within the team Map customer journey and identify improvements at every stage Constantly work towards providing innovative strategies for delivering customer delight Proactively reach out to customers anticipating where they may have a need for support Experience: 4 to 6 years
