This will involve business development, servicing existing clients and building new business relations. About PinkVilla: Pinkvilla is the worlds leading Bollywod News and Gossip Website. We are the go-to destination for the latest buzz, biggest moments, the hottest trends, and the best tips in entertainment, celebrity, fashion and beauty. Pinkvilla gets over 40 Million Pageviews wordlwide and visits from every country on the Planet. Based in: Mumbai / Noida What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) This will involve: • Understand, optimize and package our ads and content inventory. • Work with ad agencies, internal sales team and direct customers to run successful, measurable campaigns. • Focus around Branded content in the form of both Articles and Videos (https://www.youtube.com/pinkvilla) • Focus on the categories Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle in terms of both native content and ad banners. • Create a very aggressive ‘outreach’ program that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies and intermediaries for direct sales • Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately. • Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs. Who could you be? Background and Experience: • 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales • Some degree to show you can read and write. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Well versed with Digital in terms of social, web content, videos, etc. • Excellent with Numbers, Excels and PPTs. • We are looking for young enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team and are not restricted by manhours.
