A Startup once modestly founded to bring Data-Driven Manufacturing to the Small and Medium Scale Sector of India is now part of the cohort that is selected by Govt of Telangana's T-Hub Lab32 Startup Incubator Program 2020. Opstech’s innovative solutions have also been incorporated in Nationwide LPG Cylinder Procurement Public Tenders from the year 2019.

Our Story

Opstech is a startup founded to bring Data-Driven Manufacturing to the Small and Medium Scale Sector of India. With the lack of required digital infrastructure for an SME and the onset of the 4th Industrial revolution, We decided to take on the problem head-on and decided to first solve the most pressing problem in the manufacturing industry, the problem of quality for every SME in India.

With a team of experienced developers, business analysts and IOT experts, We set off to build India's first very own digital quality management platform where SMEs can log on and start leveraging the benefits of data and analytics in the context of product quality. Using various cloud and IOT technologies, We aim to bring unit wise product testing back in the era of large scale production, reducing cost of quality for every manufacturing plant.

Our products are designed not only to ensure quality for each product but also help make the workforce imbibe a sense of responsibility towards each product. The real time data generated from the shop floor provide our clients with an efficient way to make targeted informed business decisions to better drive product quality. Our products also comply with principles of Six sigma and Lean manufacturing making it very attractive for the manufacturing industry.
