We are looking for a talented and competitive professional who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Primary Responsibilities 1.Conduct cold calls and follow-up the prospects 2.Contacting qualified prospects/leads that have been generated through various marketing campaigns and converting these prospects/ leads into sales 3.Capable of good Market Research and Database building 4.Responsible to generate and qualify new sales opportunities/leads over the phone and via email. Primary Skills 1.Engineering or any computer science background will be preferred but not mandatory. 2.Excellent communication skills are a must (Verbal and Written). 3.Should have good Convincing Skills. 4.Should have passionate in Sales. 5.Graduate in any discipline 6.Smart working with a can-do attitude. 7.Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude 8.Able to work with specific revenue targets. 9.Self-driven and motivated. 10.Working in night shifts (US timings) is a Must. We are hiring Sr. Salesforce Developer for our Chennai Office . This will be a Night shift job. 1. At least 5-10 years of Salesforce Implementation experience 2. Minimum 5 years in Salesforce coding experience is must. 3. Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc. Knowledge of advanced visualforce components, Chatter API etc 4. Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. 5. Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development. 6. Must possess at least Dev 401 certification. 7. Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model. 8. Solid understanding of Object Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code. 9. Deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API. 10. Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API 11. Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud 12. In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc. 13. Experience with the Salesforce.com APEX data loader, Salesforce.com web services API
