Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Create and launch cutting-edge training initiatives that leverage our LEaaS platform, focusing on engaging work-based simulations.
• Innovation Leadership: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and integrate the latest training methodologies and technologies to elevate our learning offerings.
• Collaborative Strategy: Team up with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and craft targeted training programs that align with our organizational goals.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze metrics to gauge training effectiveness, learner engagement, and overall program success, and be ready to pivot when needed.
• Culture Champion: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging feedback and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Design: Develop user-friendly web applications using (React, Nodejs. vue js)
• API Magic: Create and integrate RESTful APIs,
• Database Guru: Manage data with PostgreSQL for smooth retrieval and storage.
• Collab & Create: Work closely with our UI/UX designer to implement sleek, modern interfaces.
• Test & Optimize: Ensure high performance and quality through rigorous testing and debugging

Key Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React and Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
