We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team and build a career in IT business development and sales.
As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our Business Development and leadership teams to identify potential clients, research new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the sales process. You will get hands-on experience in selling IT services, web and mobile solutions, AI, SaaS, and digital products to clients in global markets.
What You'll Do
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, Upwork, business directories, and other professional platforms.
- Research companies, industries, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Perform cold and warm calling and email outreach to targeted prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable IT solutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Maintain prospect databases, CRM records, and sales pipelines.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate with the sales and leadership teams on business development activities.
- Research new markets, industries, and opportunities for business growth.
- Track follow-ups and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Learn and use modern business development, CRM, automation, and research tools.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good logical thinking, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
- Creative and innovative approach to finding business opportunities.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and online research tools.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Interest in IT services, technology, AI, SaaS, and digital solutions.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not mandatory; we value communication, curiosity, attitude, and willingness to learn.
