TaskRaptor is an enterprise field operations platform being built to help companies manage complex workforces, projects, inventory, scheduling, quality control, and proof of work from one connected system. The platform is designed for organizations operating across multiple locations with large field teams in industries such as telecom, utilities, solar, smart buildings, industrial service, security, EV infrastructure, and technology deployment.

TaskRaptor is backed by the real-world experience of Orbital Installation Technologies, a nationwide field service and technology deployment company. Orbital manages large, multi-location projects involving technicians, equipment, travel, customer scheduling, inventory, installation documentation, and quality control. That experience gives our development team direct access to real operational problems, active users, and immediate feedback.

We are building TaskRaptor as a standalone SaaS platform with a strong focus on scalability, accountability, ease of use, API-first integrations, and enterprise security. Key areas include project orchestration, technician management, inventory and kitting, customer scheduling, automated workflows, proof of work, AI-assisted quality review, and management reporting.

Our goal is to build a platform that our own teams depend on every day and that other field service organizations will want to use to run their businesses.
