At jobu.online, we manage social media presence for a small portfolio of brand accounts. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Publishing Associate to handle the daily upload and scheduling of pre-made content across assigned platforms. In this role, you’ll receive fully produced photos, videos, and captions; your responsibility is to log in, publish according to the provided calendar, and ensure every post appears correctly—no filming, editing, or content creation required.
This position is fully remote and desktop-based. Daily tasks typically take between 90 and 280 minutes, and you’ll have the flexibility to distribute that time across the day as long as publishing deadlines are met. It’s a straightforward execution role that demands consistency, reliability, and a careful eye for detail. You’ll follow established brand guidelines for each account, double-check formatting, and flag anything that doesn’t look right before it goes live. Over time, we’ll also ask you to monitor basic engagement signals so we can adjust what gets published—but your core focus remains accurate, on-schedule posting.
You’ll join a small, distributed team that communicates asynchronously. We provide all the assets, a clear publishing roadmap, and ongoing support. Wage/Salary
Compensation is calculated each week based on publishing volume and the audience engagement generated by the posts you publish. We use a transparent, pre-agreed schedule—no speculative caps or “earn up to” numbers—so your pay reflects the work you actually complete and the results that naturally follow from consistent, well-timed posting. Payments are issued weekly.
Hours Per Week
10–30 hours per week (flexible), derived from a daily commitment of approximately 90–280 minutes. You control your own daily schedule within the publishing windows.
