Inclusive Minds

Video Editor

Cut video that an entire state actually stops to watch.

Inclusive Minds  ·  Full-time  ·  On-site

Most editing gigs are about churning out clips. Yours is about making thirty seconds that change what people think.

We’re Inclusive Minds - India’s only full-service political consultancy with a national footprint, working alongside the Indian National Congress. We build the campaigns and narratives that show up on your feed, your TV and your group chats during election season - the stuff that actually moves the conversation. You’ll turn raw footage and briefs into video that travels across feeds, phones and TVs, in the middle of the moments that matter most.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Edit daily content from original and repurposed footage
• Trim, score, caption and add graphics until it lands
• Help storyline and script — spot the moment inside the raw footage
• Maintain the A-roll / B-roll, music and meme library
• Chase trends and ship cuts built to travel

You won’t just assemble clips. You’ll decide what makes the final frame.

What we need from you:

• 1+ year editing with a strong reel
• Working fluency in Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut
• Calm under deadline and fast on the keys
• Telugu is a must

Bonus points if you:

• Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D and compositing
• A feel for local culture and political context
• A reel with work that actually went viral

Why this is different:

A clip you cut here can be what a state argues about by evening. The reach is real and immediate.

Don't apply if:

• You need long, comfortable timelines
• Fast news cycles stress you out
• You want footage handed to you fully planned

Apply if:

• You can make 30 seconds feel inevitable
• You want your cuts seen widely
• You move fast under pressure

Ready?  Send your reel - your best cuts first.
