The Role:
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Professional who combines a proven track record in B2B tech-solution sales with a genuine passion for environmental sustainability.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of driving growth within key industrial clusters across your assigned state/region, helping industrial leaders adopt modern, tech-enabled compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory & Cluster Management: Identify, map, and engage key industrial clusters across the assigned region/state.
Solution Selling: Pitch and sell EcoTheta’s tech-based environmental compliance tools and solutions to executive decision-makers (Plant Heads, EHS Managers, Managing Directors).
Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect, generate qualified leads, and close high-value accounts through direct outreach and networking.
Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with industrial client stakeholders, understanding their operational challenges and compliance pain points.
Market Insights: Gather feedback from the field on evolving compliance regulations, market trends, and competitor activity to help refine our offering.
Who You Are:
Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development—ideally selling tech solutions, SaaS, industrial products, or enterprise consulting.
Industrial Sector Exposure: Familiarity dealing with manufacturing units (Textiles, Metals, Cement, Refineries, etc.) and understanding their operational workflows is a strong advantage.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable pitching technology-driven platforms and explaining their practical value to non-technical stakeholders.
Sustainability Driven: Authentically passionate about helping industries reduce their environmental impact and navigate sustainability standards.
Field-Ready: Willingness to travel extensively across regional industrial clusters and operate independently on the ground.

End to end implementation of a B2B system. The role requires working with the clients who have been onboarded and see through the implementation of the system. Familiarity with python based frameworks like Frappe is desirable but not mandatory.
