What you'll do:

🔹 Win new clients across industrial clusters through field visits, calls and referrals

🔹 Engage plant heads, CFOs and sustainability leaders in textiles, aluminium, cement, chemicals, steel and paper

🔹 Understand their compliance needs and show how ecotheta reduces risk, effort and cost

🔹 Take deals from first meeting to signed purchase order

🔹 Own your pipeline and stay the main contact for renewals

What we're looking for:

✅ 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, consulting or industrial solutions preferred)

✅ A consultative approach and the ability to earn trust with senior leaders

✅ Excellent English and Hindi; a regional language is a big plus

✅ Willingness to travel and meet clients in person

✅ Familiarity with ESG, BRSR, carbon markets or energy efficiency is a bonus
