Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Interior Projects)

Job Summary

Concept Trunk Interiors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit-out projects to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing drawings, calculating material quantities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior works such as furniture, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, and electrical works.

* Analyze interior drawings and specifications to estimate project costs.

* Conduct material quantity take-offs from design drawings.

* Prepare project cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.

* Compare vendor and subcontractor quotations and finalize the best options.

* Monitor project costs and material consumption during execution.

* Prepare and verify contractor bills and payment certifications.

* Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and procurement teams.

* Track variation orders and additional work costs.

* Maintain cost reports and documentation for each project.

Qualifications

* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying.

* 0–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.

* Freshers with strong knowledge of estimation and BOQ preparation can apply.

 Required Skills

* BOQ preparation for interior works

* Cost estimation and budgeting

* Knowledge of interior materials and finishes

* Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

* Strong Excel skills for cost calculations

* Vendor negotiation and coordination

Preferred Skills

* Experience in commercial interior projects (office spaces, retail, etc.)

* Knowledge of tendering and contract documentation
