About the Role: 

Alpha Design Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic MBA professional to work directly with the Chief Business Officer. This is a strategic role offering exposure to defence, aerospace, government business, technology solutions, and corporate strategy. 

The selected candidate will act as the CBOs trusted business associate, ensuring smooth execution of daily priorities, stakeholder coordination, customer engagement, and business operations while supporting strategic initiatives across Defence, Homeland Security, Aerospace, Government, and Enterprise sectors. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Executive & Business Support 

* Manage the CBO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel plans, and business priorities. 

* Coordinate meetings with government officials, armed forces, customers, partners, OEMs, and internal teams. 

* Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and minutes of meetings. 

* Track action items and ensure timely closure through continuous follow-up. 

Customer & Business Coordination 

* Coordinate with customers before and after meetings. 

* Prepare meeting summaries and maintain records of discussions. 

* Follow up on proposals, quotations, technical submissions, and commercial discussions. 

* Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. 

Technical & Proposal Support 

* Participate in customer discussions involving defence and technology solutions. 

* Coordinate with engineering, presales, program management, and delivery teams to obtain technical inputs. 

* Assist in preparing capability presentations, solution documents, technical notes, compliance matrices, and proposal responses. 

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal teams to develop suitable solutions. 

Project & Program Coordination 

* Track ongoing opportunities and strategic projects. 

* Maintain dashboards for business opportunities, proposal status, customer engagements, and key milestones. 

* Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 

* Coordinate across multiple departments to drive execution. 

Research & Market Intelligence 

* Conduct market research on defence, aerospace, homeland security, electronics, AI, surveillance, and government modernization initiatives. 

* Track new tenders, procurement opportunities, industry developments, and competitor activities. 

* Prepare executive summaries and business intelligence reports. 

Communication & Documentation 

* Draft professional emails, meeting notes, business correspondence, and presentations. 

* Maintain confidential business records and documentation. 

* Support preparation of management reports and strategic reviews. 

Desired Qualifications: 

* MBA from a reputed institution (Marketing, Operations, Strategy, International Business, or General Management). 

* Engineering background will be an added advantage. 

* 1–4 years of experience in business coordination, consulting, project management, presales, or business development. 

* Fresh MBA graduates with exceptional communication and analytical skills may also be considered. 

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 

* Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is desirable
