We heavily believe in being a DevOps organization, where developers own the entire release cycle and thus own quality. And most importantly, we never stop learning!

We work with product organizations to help them scale or modernize their legacy technology solutions. We work with startups to help them operationalize their idea efficiently. We work with large established institutions to help them create internal applications to automate manual opperations and achieve scale.

We design software, design the team a well as the organizational strategy required to successfully release robust and scalable products. Incubyte strives to find people who are passionate about coding, learning and growing along with us. Founded in 2014 by two passionate individuals during their second year at Christ College, Bangalore, Moshi Moshi is a young, creative, and committed communication company that encourages clients to always "Expect the EXTRA." 

Our diverse team of over 160+ people includes Art directors, Cinematographers, Content and copy writers, marketers, developers, coders, and our beloved puppy, Momo. HR Infinity: Human Resources Management System (HRMS) envisages automating transaction relating to personnel matters. HRMS software will act as the definite solution to run all the HR management operations of your company.

Recruit Eazy: Our algorithms based on key drivers of vacancies for each level and profile is capable of giving the vacancie sto be filled. In addition to the logic based vacancies, our system allows to create vacancies manually also. Manual vacancies may be required in case of expansion or addition of new departments which are currently not reflected in the drivers used in algorithm.

IoTs: We also have demonstrated capability to work with IOT (Internet of Things) and integrate them with our automation systems like RFID cards, Biometric Attendance & Live Bus tracking through GPS integration

Blitzy is a Boston, MA based Generative AI Start-up with an established office in Pune, India. We are on a mission to automate custom software creation to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, have success as founders at the last start-up, and dozens of Generative AI patents to our names.

Our Culture

Our Co-Founder and CTO is a Serial Gen AI Inventor who grew up in Pune, India, is a BITS Pilani graduate, and worked at NVIDIA's Pune office for 6 years. There, he was promoted 5 times in 6 years and was transferred to the NVIDIA Headquarters in Santa Clara, California. After making significant contributions to NVIDIA, he proceeded to attend Harvard for his dual Masters in Engineering and MBA from HBS. Our other Co-Founder/CEO is a successful Serial Entrepreneur who has built multiple companies. As a team, we work very hard, have a curious mind-set, and believe in a low-ego high output approach.

Funding Journey

In September 2024, Blitzy secured $4.4M in seed funding from prominent investors including Link Ventures, Asymmetric Capital Partners, Flybridge, and four other strategic investors, demonstrating strong market confidence in their autonomous software development platform.
