Leadership💼 *Hiring – Ex-Army Gunman (Site Administration & Control)*

*Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site*
*Position: Ex-Army Gunman – Site Admin & Control*
*Salary:₹38000 to ₹45000*
We are looking for a bold, disciplined, and experienced Ex-Army professional to take charge of site administration and maintain strict discipline across engineering and site operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
~Maintain discipline & control at site among engineers, supervisors, and workers
~Monitor and check site engineers’ work discipline & reporting
~Ensure compliance with company rules, safety standards, and site regulations
~Act as a bridge between management and site team for smooth operations
~Handle administrative duties and support site-related documentation when required
*Requirements:*
~Ex-Army / Ex-Defense personnel
~Strong leadership, bold personality, and ability to command site discipline
~Physically fit, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
*Compensation & Benefits:*
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience
