Job Requirements

* Development of customizations to existing Microsoft Dynamics AX/ D365 o Write code, perform unit testing, Test code for validity of results, accuracy and conformance to specified development specifications o Ability to develop custom reports per requirements documents and standards o Good diagnostic, troubleshooting skills especially on Performance & tuning

* Develop data entities needed for integration and data migration.

* Identify performance bottlenecks in the existing code and provide code optimization solutions.

* Clear understanding of Azure DevOps source control process.

* Knowledge of lifecycle services deployment process.

* User role security management in AX 2012/ D365 (Creation / modification of Security User Role development, Roles Assignment etc...) 

* Exposure to Power BI and Power APP platform.

* Ability to document technical specifications and understanding of ERP business processes

* Support experience with effective communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions.

* Good team player with good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills coupled with ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

* Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Job Title: Salesforce QA

Location: Remote

Experience: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute manual test cases for Salesforce applications to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.

2. Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to increase efficiency and coverage of testing.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

4. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Salesforce applications.

5. Document defects and work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

6. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.

7. Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and enhancements to ensure compatibility and optimize testing strategies.

8. Provide timely and accurate status reports on testing progress and issues encountered.

9. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Skills:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance.

2. Proficiency in manual testing methodologies for Salesforce applications.

3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.

4. Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

5. Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.

6. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning framework and components.

7. Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
