This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Sales Intern at DIGITALAPSS located in Bengaluru. As a Tech Sales Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, handling sales inquiries and orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients, assisting them in finding the right solutions for their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their domain, hosting, and server requirements.
- Provide expert advice and technical guidance to clients, helping them choose the most suitable hosting and server solutions based on their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the advantages of Spark Cloud Host services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for technical and sales-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with our technical support and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to domain, hosting, and server services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your client base and promote Spark Cloud Host's services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the domain and hosting industry trends and competitive landscape.
