-Good command on English, however candidates having an extensive educational background in their respective domains are also welcome.

-Excellent communication skills. -Prior online teaching experience would act as an advantage.

-Any prior teaching experience can also be applicable -Candidates pursuing their bachelors are also applicable.

- Must possess a passion to impact aspirants and shape young minds.

- Must be enthusiastic and possess the urge to simplify complex topics.

- Proactive in clarifying the learner's doubts and assist them in engaging and gaining a better understanding.
