Amazon Web Services (AWS)To design, automate, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure that powers real-time AI and communication workloads globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and mange CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab).
- Manage Kubernetes/EKS clusters
- Implement infrastructure as code (provisioning via Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi etc).
- Implement observability (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, ELK/CloudWatch).
- Enforce security/compliance guardrails (GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPPA).
- Drive cost-optimization and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with developers to containerize and deploy services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency with AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management.

Spring BootLead the transition from monolithic architecture to microservices, enforcing process discipline, documentation, and reusable design across the product stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review modular microservices (Spring Boot / Node.js / Go / Python).
- Lead API design, documentation, and version control.
- Mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
- Coordinate with DevOps for containerization and CI/CD automation.
- Refactor legacy Java/Tomcat modules.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong in React / Next.js and Node.js with TypeScript, Spring Boot.
- Experience building distributed, event-driven systems.
- Excellent documentation and leadership habits.

PythonBuild robust testing automation frameworks that assure reliability across Jodo World’s omnichannel products — web, mobile, and real-time communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Create regression, smoke, and performance suites.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute functional, UI, Mobile App, API, load, and security testing.
- Ensure 100 % traceability between requirements and test cases.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years in Test automation.
- Hands-on with Java, JavaScript/Python-based frameworks.
- Proficiency in JMeter or Playwright for performance testing.
- Familiar with mobile app and REST API testing.
