Present in Poland since 1995, the company has been specializing in Management Consulting, mainly for international companies. Since 2017 the company has pivoted into the development and management of hi-tech and startup projects, bringing completely new technology solutions to the market. One of the first fields was GreenTech /CleanTech - dealing with the most important current environmental challenges (air pollution, waste utilization), including the ongoing energy revolution (renewable energy, electric and hybrid mobility, alternative fuels incl. hydrogen and DME) and then other startup projects, including digital (AI, InsurTech, FinTech, MedTech, CyberSecurity, Mobile - mostly B2B or B2B2C). We are: 1) Providing services dedicated to STARTUPS: Work on Business Models, Funding Intermediary, Investment Due Diligence, Mentoring, Advisory and Guidance, Mediation and Negotiations, Startup Professionalization, Scale-up and Expansion, Growth-Hacking. 2) Delivering to INVESTORS and CORPORATE CLIENTS: Deal Flow, Due Diligence, Filtering, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Next Round/Exit, Mergers & Acquisitions, Vertical Integration. In the last 3 years, we have been working a lot with investors and their target companies (often technology startups) and had projects in Big Data /AI, etc., IoT /PropTech (hardware and software), some Factory Automation challenges, Fuel Cells, Custom Software Development (incl. Mobile), Project Negotiations, 3D Printing, Composite Design and Manufacturing, business development in large PV farms (and some wind, energy storage, hydrogen electrolyzers), CyberSecurity, VR/AR, MVNO, energy management, semiconductor and OLED screen components, InsurTech /software, challenger banking /FinTech.
