The Document management system  Developer  will be working in an organization where collaboration, together with best practice document, data and knowledge management are key elements of it’s operations.

Our Client  is a key technology being used to address these needs. The candidate will have demonstrated extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of the duties and key responsibilities and working within a small will be essential for the role to make a strong, hands on contribution. 

Client has 13 different Document management system that includes DropBox, Google drive, Network drives, SharePoint, Domo, Alfresco.

The Role 

The Document Management system developer  will take responsibility for all aspects of the design, document migration, solution development, deployment and support of key document management system infrastructure and business solutions.

Over 200 TB of content or documents will be migrated from data center based document management system cloud based document management system.

Technology solution should robust to support multiple different system content migration to Client System.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Client solutions to meet identified requirements, engaging with business users as required.
• Support Specialist o Provide expert user support and guidance, as required.
• Deliver user training and documentation, as required.
• Drive best practice usage and compliance with policy and audit requirements.
• Contribute to improving consistency and effectiveness of information and document governance within the Institute.
• Drive consistency in Clients deployment and usage, including taxonomies, templates, master pages and security management.
• Create Templates, access management, security setup and metadata management to automate folder creation
• External user collaboration using optimal security policy and access management
• Integration with third party systems like Docusign and Viva Vaults

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 4 year undergrad Degree qualification is required
• Must have a knowledge about CFR Part 11 compliance
• Must have knowledge about GxP best documentation practices
• com training and certification would be highly desirable.
• Cloud based document management system API integrations, template management, access management set up experience is desirable
• Experience with SharePoint, Alfresco, Domo document management system is must
• document management system metadata management
• Experience is large scale migration from data center to cloud based document management system
• com or similar system Waterfall access management setup experience
• com or similar system Template and workflow setup experience
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Technical expert roles in Cloud based document management systems environments.

• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath offerings
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.

• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
• Experience working on other RPA tools/vendors is a plus
• Experience in the field of Bot development
• UiPath RPA developer advanced certificate must.

Certification A2 or any

Azure Component Provisioning.

Hands-on experience on configuring and troubleshooting application gateway firewall, load balancers, VM/Disk encryption, Azure vaults, network security group, web application firewalls.

Hands-on experience and troubleshooting on Azure Virtual Network Gateway, ExpressRoute,Azure chatbot services.

Hands-on experience on Azure Automation with hands skills in PowerShell.

Extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.

Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems (Centos and Ubuntu).

Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services.

Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures.

Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade Windows/Linux Server operating systems.

Knowledge of network architecture and design, network security, Web sites/Portal security and client/server security.

Experience with configuration management single sign on with azure active directory.

Server performance monitoring and apply the solution to increase the performance if needed.

Cost management and cost analysis.

1. A cloud engineer is responsible for the design, review of architectures & construction of cloud service provider environments.

A qualified applicant must possess a thorough knowledge of at least some of the following:

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or Engineering, or in other related technical field. In addition to educational qualification, they should possess at least 3-5years IT experience with cloud operations and systems administration

Knowledge Needed-

• A cloud engineer must have adept technical skills and cognate experience to be hired. 
• Practical object-oriented development knowledge with at least Scala or Java, knowledge of systems like ZooKeeper, Consul etc., familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Pivotal Cloud Foundry Docker, OpenStack, and Public cloud delivery know-how with AWS and/or Azure
• understanding of software development, engineering, programming languages and tools; Java, Python, Ruby, .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, and ability to work with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, XP)
