Responsibilities

• The successful candidate must have hands-on testing experience on any web application (Any Architecture) and should have in-depth knowledge on the architecture of current/previous projects.
• The successful candidate must have hands-on testing experience on testing UI / Front End on different configurations of browsers.
• The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge on Testing Methodologies & defect Management systems
• The successful candidate must have Good knowledge on CRM domain
• The successful candidate will need to work closely with other teams in IT including Business Solution Analyst, Engineering & Release Management,
• The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other engineers and project stakeholders on the test case Sign off, test case execution and test reporting of solutions and integrations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for functional, integration and system testing the integrations using the appropriate technology/tools. They will work closely with the Engineering team to validate their integration, and with Operations to investigate, troubleshoot, and address production issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 + years Experience in Web Application Testing on multiple configurations of browsers
• Knowledge of Database (any) and ability to write SELECT queries with ease.
• Experience on testing web services is an advantage.
• Proven track record of designing test plans and test cases and executing the integration projects on the Force.com platform
• Adhere to STLC standards.
• Excellent in communication skills & a good team player.
• Quality Certifications would be advantage.
• Knowledge of validating, and troubleshooting XML schemas.
• Knowledge on Performance / Security tools is an advantage.
• Experience with Test management tools (i.e JIRA), test automation (i.e QTP , Selenium) and defect tracking tools (JIRA)

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience with any marketing automation tool, such has Hubspot, Eloqua, Exact target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe MArketo will be a advantage.
• Hands on experience on OOB solution testing, Cloud Based testing
• Adobe Marketing cloud product knowledge
• Hands-on experience on testing workflow based applications with keen attention to integration between various systems.
• Hands on Experience on Automating web applications will be an advantage.

Job Description: As a Junior Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for creation of test cases and scenarios, test planning, testing of systems, test automation and reporting of test results. In addition, responsibilities will include working closely with programmers and analysts as well as programming and improving testing tools.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze users’ stories, use cases, requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression and System)
• Knowledge on API’s Testing and Database Testing
• Review and provide comments on business and software requirements
• Prepare test cases, scripts, and data for the tests
• Execute manual test cases
• Understanding on SDLC, STLC and Bug life cycle
• Analyze the outcomes of the tests and keep track of the software testing metrics
• Prepare and present test reports 

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of software testing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Experience with web, Mobile and API  Testing
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming ( Java or Python) 
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, test report, basic test metrics)
• Knowledge of at least one database management system
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the software development methodologies and the ability to integrate with the models (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Awareness of Latest Web and Mobile Technology Trends
• Strong knowledge of software testing types and the ways to apply them

Requirements

• Strong testing experience any of the Layer-3 Unicast routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), MPLS signaling protocols (e.g. RSVP, LDP), Layer-3 VPNS, Layer2-VPNs, VPLS, Multicast VPN, EVPN,
• Experience in Access protocols such as PPPoE, L2TP, DHCP, etc.
• Knowledge of data path testing for speeds and feeds.Features like Quality of Service, Multicast and Routing infrastructure is a plus
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages or python programming to test system/application software (SWIG)
• Ability to scope and develop test cases for a given requirement including Scale/Performance testing in a distributed asynchronous environment
• Experience with "Robot Framework" for automation, RESTful API is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to plan and execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Team-player, can-do attitude, will work well in a group environment while being able to contribute well on an individual basis

Responsibilities

Participate and work closely with developers at various stages fspec, design reviews to develop test-plans, tools, utilities.Drive authoring of detail feature test-plans, Design Test bed design, test topologies. Set up complex test beds based on Project requirements. Develop python scripts and robot scripts for automated testing. Assist development engineers in product defect diagnosis. Participate in customer calls and assist in troubleshooting, data gathering and communicating resolution/fixes.
