Job Description: .

As the Lead React/Next.js Developer, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of our web-based eCommerce platform using JavaScript, ensuring compliance with coding standards, best practices, and project requirements. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable and efficient JavaScript applications that power our platform, with a focus on React and Next.js.
• Lead the integration and management of Strapi as the back-end CMS, ensuring smooth API connections and content management workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript, Next.js, and Strapi development, and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to ensure a seamless experience for end-users.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring a stable and reliable platform..

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a JavaScript developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Extensive experience with Next.js and React for building complex web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Strapi or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think creatively.
• Deep understanding of the eCommerce industry trends, technology, and customer needs.

● Work experience as a front end developer
● Good Understanding of Angular/React and Javascript
● Experience working with SQL & NoSQL Databases
● Hands on experience with front-end languages and technologies, such as JavaScript,
HTML5, CSS3, etc.
● Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.
● Experience in Version Control Systems like GIT, Bitbucket.
