Job Description ● Translate high level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends ● Design the Information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web & mobile applications that will result in increased consumption and revenue ● Develop process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behavior ● Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications ● Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and senior leadership for review and feedback ● Familiar with wireframes, mockups, user flow diagrams, prototypes and visual designs (Tools: Balsamiq, Axure, OmniGraffle, Sketch, Photoshop etc.) ● Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality Eligibility: Degree(preferably people who are still in their UG/PG) in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual communication, Illustration or similar or degree in Interaction design or Bachelor's degree with extensive work experience - Strong abilities in sketching, mocking up, and evaluating interaction design - A passion for improving and promulgating design processes - Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator. - Flash and other design tools preferred will be an added advantage. - Exposure into conceptualizing + UX/UI + visual designing Please attach your portfolio

What you’ll do: - Take deep dives into the habits of our users to learn about their struggles, needs, and motivations - Work with product managers to determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interface designs - Work with engineers to deal with technical constraints for projects - Develop and maintain interaction models, user flows, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes, and specifications as needed - Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products, and collaborate with fellow designers to constantly refine Pipedrive design language - Communicate the thought process and deliverables to both stakeholders and implementers in a way that is clear and convincing Who we’re looking for: - Not strictly required but a plus: relevant university degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or software engineering. - 3+ years of relevant work experience - Passion for user-centric design - Deep attention to detail, analytical reasoning, and systems thinking Great communication and presentation skills - A team-oriented personality - Design skills with your weapons of choice, be it pen and paper, Balsamiq, Sketch, or Framer - Experience in designing across various platforms (web, desktop and mobile) - Experience in some of the following (the more the merrier): interaction design, user research, usability testing, visual design, information design, front-end coding, interactive prototyping, animation design, designing for multi-touch, accessibility Also a plus: accounting experience at any level.
