As a Project Manager at EaseMyTrip, you will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional technology projects, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and process excellence. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, solution architecture understanding, and travel tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Business Teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage projects related to:
• GDS/API Integrations (Flights, Hotels, Rail, Bus)
• Travel Booking & Reservation Systems
• Payment Gateways, Wallets & Refund Flows
• B2B/B2C Travel Platform Enhancements
• Create and maintain project plans, sprint velocity reports, risk registers, and delivery dashboards for leadership review.
• Review technical feasibility, system architectures, integration workflows, and process documentation.
• Ensure strong project governance in line with PMP/PMO frameworks while delivering in Agile environment.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Proven experience managing large-scale travel or OTA technology projects.

Strong understanding of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), Travel APIs and Booking Systems.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum framework

Familiarity with software architecture, microservices, integrations and automation workflows

Excellent stakeholder communication, prioritization, and project governance skills

 Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

 Preferred certifications:

• PMP
• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP/SAFe Agile – Optional)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Be overall responsible for the regional sales, margins, profitability, headcount and growth goals through self and team. 
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques for end users and manage accounts in India and globally to increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed accepted goals, objectives and targets 
• Develop and maintain relations with OEMs and Manufacturers.

• Coach, develop and assist the ESMs in their planning, sales techniques, account management and technical knowledge by arranging presentations of strategies, training, seminars, and through regular meetings.
• Develop specific plans to ensure long term-term growth and short-term targets.
• Review regional expenses and recommend cost optimization improvements.
• Anticipate potential and address current problems with prompt and effective solutions
• Identify hiring needs, and collaborate with HR to select and train new salespeople.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Operate as ‘farmer’ for large enterprise accounts while hunting for new accounts.

Experience and Qualification

• 2-5 Years of experience with Drools/Kofax Workflow.
• Java Microservices: 2-3 years Spring Boot, Spring Integration or Batch.

• Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.
