ReactJS/React Native Developers for early stage startup with huge potential for growth. Will be one of the early developers building the entire web and mobile application

Role - Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build complicated Workflow
• Understanding the user persona and deliver slick experience
• Experience in JavaScript (ReactJS / Redux) React Native, HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP
• Strong understating of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards
• Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support
• Be an Interface with Stockholder sand architects to create technology specifications from business requirements for one or more modules within the project
• Responsible to prepare the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization)
• Proficient in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and project team and drives selection of technologies, designs to come up with the optimal architecture
• Drives the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module
• Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
• Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.
• Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members) on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes

 

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant fields
• Strong sense of ownership
• Attitude for getting things done
• Understanding of basic Rest Principles
• Familiar with project management tools like JIRA etc.
• Will be involved in developing any enterprise systems like eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.,
• Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques
• Experience of working with Git
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

Minimum 4 years or more experience in front end technologies
• Graduate in Computer Science or any other engineering degree
• Very strong in Javascript & other framework like Angular.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Candidate need to work as a contributor in an agile team.
• Work with complete ownership & contribute on design & development of new features.
• Contribute on bug fixing & writing auto tests.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.

Frontend Developer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding requirements present in specification documents
• Integrate data from various backend-services and databases
• Working with code base across multiple development & staging environments
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Be part of Production deployment & release activities

 

TECH SKILLS

• Must Have:

*       Proven working experience in web programming

*       Know HTML, CSS and JavaScript and the relevant web design coding

*      Must have knowledge on Angular 4+

*      Good to have knowledge on React js

*      Good to have knowledge on view.js

*      Good documentation skills

 

EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 4 years, preferably in an agile environment

• Develop reusable, maintainable cross-platform HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end web application components while adhering to web and team standards.
• Write unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component.
• Constantly review and improve frontend performance of the web application.
• Work with creative and business partners to understand, build and adjust web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals.
• Work with server-side, infrastructure, and 3rd party technology partners to build, integrate and deploy web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals.
• Work with project technical lead and/or FE architect to create technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the development process.
• Remain curious and current with new developments in the FE web development industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated 3-5 years of practical front-end web development experience.
• Expertise in writing and testing valid, web standards-based HTML, CSS, JS.
• Fluent in fundamentals of computer science such as:
• Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Coding Patterns.
• Deep understanding and experience with the following standards and technologies is essential:
• DOM, JSON, AJAX, HTML5 Video, WCAG 2.0 AA, Git.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Sample portfolio (code or public-facing web build) is a plus.
• Experience working for high-end brands or another environment with very high standards for the presentation layer is a plus; Ecommerce experience is a plus

 

- Proficiency with JavaScript and Angular concepts. - Preferable who worked on Angular 2 and 4 - Can work independently as well can lead a small team of developers. - Very good in problem solving and breaking large tasks in to smaller pieces. - Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience - Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components - Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system - Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback - Creating custom, general use modules, and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS - Experience with all levels of operation available to the front-end, such as from creating XHRs in vanilla JS to using a custom wrapper around $resource - Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets - Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts - Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks - Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
