Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3 + years of professional experience in motion design with direct exposure to app-based and web-based products.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have end-to-end ownership of product motion design, including UI animations, micro-interactions, and product showreels that have shipped in live products.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio showcasing product-focused motion design, UI/UX animations, and micro-interactions (not marketing-only work).

Mandatory (Domain): Must have demonstrated experience working on digital products (mobile apps / web platforms / SaaS / dashboards).

Mandatory (Collaboration):Must have experience collaborating with product designers and developers, and be able to clearly articulate motion decisions and UX rationale.

Mandatory (Tools & Skills) – Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.

Mandatory (Exclusion) – Do not consider candidates focused mainly on illustrartion or marketing motion graphics (ads, banners, brand films, video editing).

Job responsibilities:

• Design infrastructure for data, especially for but not limited to consumption in machine learning applications 
• Define database architecture needed to combine and link data, and ensure integrity across different sources 
• Ensure performance of data systems for machine learning to customer-facing web and mobile applications using cutting-edge open source frameworks, to highly available RESTful services, to back-end Java based systems 
• Work with large, fast, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced data handling techniques if needed 
• Build data pipelines, includes implementing, testing, and maintaining infrastructural components related to the data engineering stack.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers and SREs to gather data engineering requirements to prototype, develop, validate and deploy data science and machine learning solutions

Requirements to be successful in this role: 

• Strong knowledge and experience in Python, Pandas, Data wrangling, ETL processes, statistics, data visualisation, Data Modelling and Informatica.
• Strong experience with scalable compute solutions such as in Kafka, Snowflake
• Strong experience with workflow management libraries and tools such as Airflow, AWS Step Functions etc. 
• Strong experience with data engineering practices (i.e. data ingestion pipelines and ETL) 
• A good understanding of machine learning methods, algorithms, pipelines, testing practices and frameworks 
• Preferred) MEng/MSc/PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent (preference: DS/ AI) 
• Experience with designing and implementing tools that support sharing of data, code, practices across organizations at scale 

Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma in Graphic designing
• Ability to develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate digital platfoms and style to meet the client's objectives.
• Proficiency in Various Graphic Design software for making banners, info-graphics, posters, etc
• Would manage the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics that includes illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, videos
• Creativity and Graphic Design skills.
• Strong instinct for visually engaging design
• Design evangelist with a strong eye for details and an innovative bent of mind
• Ability to defend your design direction and reasoning if challenged in client meetings
• Minimum 3 years working in a similar role 

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients - AD or CD, and understand the brief and scope of projects
• Work with the Brand Strategist to add creative direction for digital marketing campaigns
• Create artworks for use across digital channels such as social media, Google ads, Websites etc.
• Work with the Brand Strategist for the internal branding and creative communication
• You will be working with a diverse team of strategists, copywriters, marketers and business development leads to bring client campaigns to life.
