Job Description:-

• Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
• Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
• Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
• Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
• Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
• Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.

Requirement -

• Experience: 5-7 years into Advertising agency background, Influencer marketing and Social Media. 
• Skills: Leadership, Business development, Maintaining existing clients Etc.,

• Design and Build sophisticated and highly salable apps using Flutter.
•  Translate and Build the designs into high-quality responsive UI code.
•  Write efficient queries for core Data.
•  Use of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel-Controller (MVVM) architecture and develop maintainable, testable and functional software that meets product requirements.
•  Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
•  Follow the best practices while developing the app.
•  Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
•  Document the project and code efficiently.
•  Manage the code and project on Git to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
•  Suggest new features and/or enhancements.
•  Maintaining software through product life cycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.
•  Write tests for the App.
•  Knowledge of different state management libraries like BloC,  GetX, Provider will be a plus point.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Back-End Web Engineer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database along with ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

As a Back-End Developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and enhance user experience. You should have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing and maintaining functional and stable web applications or improving the existing ones to meet our company’s needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute a full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
• Write well-designed, testable, reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards
• Ensure software is updated with latest features
• Should be able to handle a Team of 3-4 Java Engineers

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of Software Engineering or Software Development experience, preferably in a related field.
• Good knowledge of Core Java (Minimum Version 8)
• J2EE with a good understanding of Servlets and JSP
• Experience in Spring Modules – Spring IOC and AOP, Spring Boot (version 2 plus), JDBC
• Expertise in design and development of various web and enterprise – level applications using Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Rest services.
• Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, and REST)
• Tools required: Maven,Eclipse, Github, and Swagger
• Good knowledge of SQL and Redis (NOSql)
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
• Ability to develop software in Java or any other OOPS languages
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience in developing Web Applications using at least one popular Web Framework (Spring)
• Experience with test-driven development
• Proficiency in software engineering tools

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields.

What will you do?

• Identifying strategic partners by conducting market research to find the appropriate companies or domains to explore strategic alliances
• Build and execute a plan to elevate our partnerships and build a robust opportunity pipeline. Our partnerships involve collaborating on GTM, product, technology, and marketing
• Build sustainable, trusting relationships across the “Alliance partner”, and lead efforts to ensure the delivery of all technical resources into the sales campaigns of our partner.
• Build processes to grow our pipeline, innovate with GTM, market jointly with partners to customers and explore new avenues of growth

In this role you will be responsible for the team’s technical architecture and end-to-end quality of the code in our software solutions. You will also be doing hands-on development of web and mobile applications and integration of Grow Simplee and third-party tools into seamless solutions for our customers. As a developer, you will own end to end portfolio of applications hosted on cloud. You will enable the department to scale by designing applications and automation as well as handling day to day support requests. • Proficiency in developing frontend software, with deep experience in one or more relevant frontend MVC/MVVM frameworks (React, Angular etc.), UI unit testing(Jest)
• 2+ years of experience in multi-tier web architecture with knowledge of cross browser compatibility, browser tuning, browser dev-tools and optimization techniques/tools
• Excellent knowledge of design principles of components, store and state management
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (such as data structures, algorithms, architecture, OO design)
• Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

A proven track record of implementing, delivering large projects and communicating effectively to the senior Level.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
• Experience working with UX teams to define, prototype, and implement great customer experiences.
• Experience building JavaScript/CSS Frameworks or shared component libraries used in large scale production websites.
• Understanding of common UX patterns and ability to identify and mitigate UX design risks early in the development process.
• Attuned design sense so can collaborate with UX designers and hold a high bar with “backend” SDE’s.
• Understands frontend software design patterns (e.g. asynchronicity, data binding, modules, objects, promises).
• Experience with AWS Services (S3, Cloud front, Route 53, EC2.).
