As an Illumine Coach Partner, you can be a part of our coach network, and deliver transformational programs for audiences across corporates, educational institutions and social organizations.
Background:
Illumine over the last two decades has been a pioneer in designing and co-creating large-scale transformational interventions across diverse industries like Banking, Information Technology, Oil and Gas, Construction, Steel, Insurance, Mutual Funds etc. and some of the largest educational institutions in India.
The goal of these interventions has been to awaken and unleash the collective potential of a large group of people by bringing about precise shifts in thinking, mindsets, modes of thoughts, developing new cognitive skills and new work practices. Through our work we have impacted over four million people by bringing about deep transformation in their lives.
For the last few years, we have been working towards converting our research into intervention packages that can be run by coaches with minimal training. To this end, we invite coaches committed to delivering these programs on a large scale.
What are the Roles available for you?
1. Coaching:
- As a coach, you will be facilitating interactive workshops and you will also be building an internal pool of coaches in large companies/institutions.
- You will receive training and certification from Illumine’s master trainers to prepare you for running these sessions on your own.

2. Coaching + Business development:
- In addition to coaching, you can also assist us in outreach and business development activities to scale the transformational interventions described above.
Note: There is no fee charged towards Illumine certification of a coach. Once certified, Illumine will pay you for conducting programs on its behalf. The only requirement is that you commit a certain number of hours per month towards conducting these programs.
Which are the Audiences you can impact
Currently Illumine's initiatives address three audiences:
(1) Operating executives/ managers in organizations
(2) Youth in universities and early career seekers
(3) VRS/ Retiring employees
We believe in the philosophy of “horses for courses” that different people have a natural affinity towards different audiences. Depending on your background and aspiration, we will match you to the audience you can best impact.

Depending on your background and your interest to a domain, we will do an appropriate fit to the domain you can cater to.
What is the Criteria for you to apply:

(3) Past experience: Experience is not a constraint. People who might not have any coaching experience but who are driven by a desire to empower and strengthen individuals and collectives are welcome.
