Overview of the role: We are looking for someone who will support Athena's Knowledge center 

• Helping/ mentoring Athena students to build mobile applications
• Helping build a state-of-the-art web portal and apps for students and counselors
• Support in building Edtech products for Athena

Key Responsibilities

As a Technology Mentor and Developer, you will play a crucial role in guiding Athena students to build mobile applications

• Mentoring and Guiding Students:
• Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students interested in mobile application development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment to enhance students' understanding and skills in technology.
• Collaborate with students on real-world projects, offering technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with consulting teams internally to learn about students, conceptualize projects & take them to fruition 
• Communicate effectively with students, counselors, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve technology solutions.
• Own, innovate and support the students with their technology projects 
• Conceptualize the apps, guiding them on coding and stepping them when needed
• Creation of New Algorithms for solving Real World problems.
• Mobile App Development - Android and iOS
• Hybrid mobile applications (both IOS & Android) using ionic, Flutter and react native (preferred).
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Guiding students to project completion
• Tuned into the latest developments in the desired area including but not limited to application development, database technologies, devops, robotics, etc.

Key Skills-

• Strong fundamentals and knowledge of hyrbid mobile application (both IOS & Andriod), data structures, algorithms, logical flow, and architecture 
• Good communication skills - Ability to motivate and mentor students
• Extremely hands-on in coding 
• Ability to learn, take feedback, and improve
• Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
• Able to solve complex problems.

Education and Experience: 

• B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc (CS), Engineering, or a related field from a good institute
• Good to have experience in teaching and mentoring students in Computer Science modules
• Experience in Android Development
• Preferred 1 year development experience

Job Summary:

The Department of Computer Science at Ace Engineering College is seeking qualified candidates for a faculty position in Computer Science at the Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in high-quality teaching, research, and service activities within the department and contribute to the academic community.

Responsibilities:

• As a faculty member of ACE, you will be responsible for the success of the students in your cohort. Therefore, you will be expected to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your cohort and adjust the pace of teaching accordingly.
• Timely delivery of lectures / conducting tutorials/training sessions by the program schedule
• Need to take the classes based on the schedule and should involve in all the academic operations.(Labs, Exams, Question paper creation).

Extensive hands on and teaching experience on Digital / SV /UVM/ Verilog / VHDL /DFT tools

Extensive experience in Back-end design

Experience on Mentor Graphics EDA flow is an added advantage

Responsible for development and support of Projects.

Responsible for Debugging the source codes in Verilog, SV, and UVM.

Responsible for Training Delivery and Support

Sound Knowledge on Digital / Verilog / VHDL / SV / UVM / DFT / Back-end design

3 to 8 years industry/teaching experience

• The overarching duty of a principal is to assist with defining and enforcing policies and guidelines for students, staff, and faculty at the school.
• The role of the principal covers many different areas including leadership, teacher evaluation, and student discipline. Being an effective principal is hard work and is also time-consuming. A good principal is balanced within all his / her roles and works hard to ensure that he / she is doing what he / she feels is best for all constituents involved. Time is a major limiting factor for every principal.
• A principal must become efficient at practices such as prioritizing, scheduling, and organization. 
• This involves interaction with inter school employees and administrators. Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students. 

• S/he will be responsible for the training and development of students, equipping them with the right skills sets and knowledge, and helping them stay motivated and secure jobs.
• S/he will be actively involved in strategizing and brainstorming about creative learning approaches and modules for e-learning courses.
• S/he will also play a crucial role in setting up processes for effective student management and their learning journey management.
• S/he will assist the team with researching, curating and designing - learning content and market intelligence/trend reports
• S/he will be actively involved in helping the team to deliver learning strategies and sessions depending on student requirements/needs.
