Sr. UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI-driven solutions for core veterinary workflows, such as patient triaging, diagnostics support, treatment plan suggestions, appointment scheduling, and client communications.
• Develop AI assistants and multi-agent systems to automate routine tasks like SOAP note summarization, clinical documentation (Medical Records), prescription and other reminders, and client follow-ups.
• Implement RAG pipelines leveraging veterinary knowledge bases, clinical case data, Case Summaries and standard care protocols.
• Integrate LLMs into practice management modules for intelligent querying, FAQ automation, and veterinary clinical knowledge support.
• develop and deploy AI services using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and integrate with Hapivet.ai
• Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable deployment of AI/ML models in line with veterinary data privacy standards and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, product managers, and software engineers to ensure AI solutions are clinically relevant, user-friendly, and impactful.

Required Skillset:

Machine Learning & Deep Learning for Healthcare

• Strong foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics applicable to veterinary clinical data.
• Experience with CNNs (for imaging), RNNs/LSTMs (for sequential data like patient histories) and Transformers for natural language tasks.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Good to have understanding on GANs (medical imaging, data privacy-safe synthetic data, or image-based diagnostics)

LLMs & NLP for Veterinary Applications

• Deep understanding of transformer models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) applied in medical/veterinary text summarization and knowledge extraction.
• Fine-tuning LLMs with techniques with PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA for domain-specific tasks.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Chain of Thought (CoT) design for veterinary use cases.
• RAG pipeline development with veterinary case databases using Pinecone or Azure AI Search.

AI Agent Workflows & Orchestration

• Multi-agent coordination and AI workflow orchestration with LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Autogen SDK.
• Experience with context management using Model Context Protocol (MCP) in clinical task flows.

Cloud AI Deployment & Engineering

• Experience with Azure AI, model serving (Triton, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
• CI/CD for AI models, cloud security, and scalable API integration.

Programming & Data Engineering

• Advanced proficiency in Python, R
• working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Veterinary data processing experience—handling EMRs, patient histories, and diagnostic reports
• Data cleaning, transformation, and ensuring data quality for clinical applications.

Preferred Experience:

• AI/ML deployment in veterinary practice management systems or healthcare applications.
• Understanding of veterinary compliance, data sensitivity, and client confidentiality (e.g., pet health records, veterinary licensing).
• Exposure to veterinary-specific AI applications, such as diagnostic imaging analysis, clinical decision support systems, or client interaction bots.
• Familiarity with DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM, and scaling techniques for LLMs.

Soft Skills & Domain Understanding:

What You’ll Do

• Own the QA function end-to-end: from test strategy to UAT definition, release readiness, and post-release health.
• Collaborate early with Product and Design to clarify requirements, foresee edge cases, and co-define testable outcomes.
• Define and drive UAT: Create business-aligned acceptance criteria and ensure features meet real-world use cases.
• Build a quality feedback loop that incorporates exploratory, automated, and regression testing seamlessly into CI/CD.
• Act as the guardian of the release, balancing release velocity with confidence in quality.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual + automation) to think like product owners and not just bug reporters.
• Champion QA as a design + product-first mindset, not just a gate at the end of development.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or decision-making role at a SaaS or startup company.
• Proven experience in owning QA strategy for web or mobile platforms with real users and frequent releases.
• Strong ability to define UAT plans and align with product/UX for customer-centric validation.
• Experience setting up and scaling QA processes that work within agile teams (Jira, CI/CD, post-release monitoring).
• Confidence in influencing cross-functional teams and pushing back with data when needed.
• Excellent communication written, verbal, and cross-functional.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Postman, etc.)
• Exposure to microservices architecture and API-first testing.
• Experience in tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Sentry, Mixpanel for QA coverage and monitoring.

Title: Art Producer/Senior Art Producer

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the art production of incredibly compelling, high-quality smartphone games.
• Plan and oversee the 2D, 3D, UI, and Technical Art planning using project planning tools like Google or MS Excel sheet.
• Follow the delivery plan and coordinate with art, art leads, design, product, and engineering for deliveries.
• Initiate and track all production processes through art stand up meetings, scrum, or similar approach.
• Ensure timely delivery of art milestones while safeguarding the quality of artwork in accordance with the pre-defined art production schedule.
• Work with art leads and art directors to evaluate and sign-up new outsourcing art and sound vendors.
• Work with vendors to finalize the vendor delivery plan and co-ordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Work with project stakeholders to get their feedback on assets delivered by the vendors, communicate back to the vendors, and get the updated asset deliveries.
• Contribute to improving the quality of our games, the productivity of our art teams, and the efficiency of our art processes.

 Profile / Requirements

• 5-15 years of overall experience in managing Art Production. Min 3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must have worked on and have shipped at least 1 game on Play Store or App Store (preferred).
• Must haveexperience in games developed in the Unity game engine.
• Must have experience of working with frontend Unity developers and technical artists, product managers, and game designers.
• Experience in tools like Jira, Slack, Asana, Trello, Monday, Google docs, and Google sheets.
• Experience with asset management tools like AlienBrain or any similar software.
• Extremely strong project management skills and good at planning in all situations.
• Excellent knowledge of game art production pipelines.
