In this role, you will be working to find creative solutions that improve our customer’s experience and brand reputation when facing technical issues on the platform. You will be responsible for tracing and monitoring real-time transactions through various systems end-to-end, displaying key information, and provided with controls necessary to mitigate incidents.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in developing mobile applications
