About the Role
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Company Secretary professionals to join our Compliance & Secretarial team. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing their CS course who wish to gain hands-on exposure to company law, compliance, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Draft and file ROC forms (MGT, AOC, PAS, DIR, SH, etc.).
- Prepare Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Support in annual filings, maintenance of statutory registers, and secretarial records.
- Assist in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities.
- Handle share allotments, transfers, and related compliance.
- Assist in preparation of Board Reports and Annual Returns.
- Research and ensure compliance with SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and other corporate laws (as applicable).
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders for documentation and compliance.
- Support the senior CS/compliance team in advisory, due diligence, and corporate governance.

o Identify drivers of profitability and support cost control initiatives.
o Recommend improvements to enhance margin and resource efficiency.
6. Governance & Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to financial controls, internal policies, and accounting standards.

Financial Controller

3. Cost Control: Implementing/ identify measures to control costs and improve
profitability
4. Team Management: Leading and developing a team to ensure effective

6. Hands on experience of fundraising from Institutional Investors and closely
monitor the due diligence process for fundraising.
