Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development of our growing sales teams. This role plays a critical part in building a high-performance culture for Inside Sales Representatives, Business Development Executives, Sales Team Leads, and other client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Training & Development:
- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs (product, process, soft skills, objection handling, etc.)
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and role-specific learning pathways
- Conduct regular refresher trainings and upskilling initiatives
🔹 Performance Coaching:
- Work closely with individual sales reps and team leads for skill enhancement
- Provide actionable feedback through call monitoring, role-plays, and coaching sessions
- Foster a growth-oriented and feedback-driven culture
🔹 Content & Curriculum Design:
- Build sales training content, scripts, case studies, sales playbooks, and LMS modules
- Continuously improve training material based on business goals and market evolution
🔹 Evaluation & Reporting:
- Implement pre- and post-training assessments and measure training effectiveness
- Track sales KPIs and correlate training impact with business results
- Report insights to leadership for performance alignment
🔹 Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, L&D, and HR teams to align training with goals
- Support hiring and onboarding of new sales talent
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in L&D and sales enablement
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement (preferably in L&D, EdTech, or IT services)
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience with instructional design, LMS, and training evaluation tools
- Proven coaching ability with a passion for talent development
- Bachelor's degree required (Master’s in HR, Business, or Education is a plus)
