QA Engineer (Manual+Automation)

Mandatory(Experience 1)- Must have 8+ years of product design experience with minimum 3 years managing a design team — direct reports, quality ownership, critique culture.

Mandatory(Experience 2)- Must have hands on End-to-end ownership from problem definition and rapid prototyping through to final Figma handoff, across both web and mobile

Mandatory(Skill 1)- Must have exceptional UI skills combined with deep mastery of UX psychology — with demonstrated ability to deliver world-class visual and interaction design.

Mandatory(Skill 2)- Must have built or evolved a design system adopted in production code — token structure, engineering handoff, versioning, and cross-platform consistency. Maintaining a Figma component library alone is not sufficient.

Mandatory (Leadership & Team Management): Must have hands-on experience leading and mentoring a design team — setting the quality bar, running structured design critiques, and managing delivery across parallel tracks. Someone who builds the team up, not just manages output.

Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt)- Must be comfortable presenting to VP Product, CTO, and C-suite — able to articulate design rationale in business terms and influence product direction through user-centric logic and data.

Mandatory (Portfolio)- Must include 2+ end-to-end transactional consumer journeys with process and outcomes; design system work with engineering context; mobile-first screens; measurable conversion or usability outcomes.

Close interaction with the Proposal team to ensure timely offer submissions

Interaction with internal departments for resolution of queries from customer

MIS Reporting

Handling registration with new customers

Presentation to customers for the products and services provided

Role & Responsibility

As a Backend Developer, You will be involved in all aspects of development playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development. You will be working closely with Tech, Design and Quality team to build and launch the product.

• Code, develop, design and architect features related to the existing application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship
• Design, implement and maintain highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed server software applications
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and release products
• Take responsibility for performance and stability for all server functions

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, preferably from IITs/Top RECs
• 2-5 years of experience at cutting edge organizations or startups
• Extensive experience in a Java server-side software design and development
• Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing.
• Experience with e-business/e-commerce applications and business environment is a must
• Any experience with internet companies or the travel industry will be a plus
