Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Understand client needs and deliver personalized, high-quality mental health
services.
Communication and Resource Development:
o Develop, improve, and structure information and communication tools for MHFA
offerings, specifically for B2B clients.
o Ideate, design, and implement communication tools and programs to support
Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders) and strengthen the MHFAiders community.
Program Promotion and Coordination:
o Promote and coordinate initiatives such as the MHFAI Awards Program and
MHFAiders Chat community.
o Plan and manage webinars, events, and activities to advocate for mental health first
aid in workplaces and educational institutions, engaging prominent stakeholders.
Market Engagement and Support:
o Support the sales and marketing team by handling technical discussions with
prospective clients.
o Stay updated on developments in the mental health sector, including government
initiatives and market trends.
Training and Delivery:
o Learn and deliver MHFA programs to various audiences.
Strategic Contribution:
o Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of MHFA India’s work plan.
o Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
3–5 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, corporate wellness, or
related fields.
Education:
Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology (preferably with HR
specialization), or Social Work.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in mental health training for adults.
Expertise in content development for mental health awareness programs.
Experience working in structured or organized groups is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
Knowledge of mental health market trends and government policies.
Ability to design and implement engaging programs and events.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in [relevant fields, e.g., Education, Sociology, Counselling, Psychology, Social Work and Human Resources] (Master's degree is also preferred).
● Proficiency in Odia, Hindi and English is a must.
● Proven experience in career counselling or related roles, with a track record of helping clients achieve their career goals.
● Strong knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
● Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources.
● Familiarity with relevant software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and career management platforms.
● Certification in career counselling or a related field (e.g., National Certified Counselor, Certified Career Development Facilitator) is a plus.
Other details:
· Work week: Monday to Saturday
· Work timings: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
· Remuneration: INR 15,000/- to INR 25,000/- per month (including a fixed remuneration and a variable bonus at 9:1 ratio along with 10% TDS deduction) + travel allowances as per HR policy.
· Contract duration: 10 months (with a potential extension of 2 years subject to performance)
· Legality of employment: Consultant
· Available joining dates: 1st May 2024 or 15th May 2024
· Having a laptop is mandatory for this role
