Key Responsibilities: -

• Own the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure
• Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Understand client needs deeply and convert them into high-value enterprise contracts
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, delivery, and finance teams to ensure customer success
• Track competitors and market trends to refine sales and go-to-market strategies
• Consistently exceed revenue targets while delivering an excellent customer experience

Required Skills & Competencies: -

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, writing SOWs, handling RFI/RFPs, and commercial proposals
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales frameworks like BANT, MEDDICC, MEDDPICC
• Experience with outbound and proactive pipeline generation
• Proficient with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce and strong CRM hygiene
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in shifts when required

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience as software engineer.
• Experience in Dot.Net technologies - Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI, .NetCore
• Experience in ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles
• Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks

Good To Have:

• Experience in migrating base software from legacy to AUTOSAR architecture

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers in the role of local software project manager
• Responsible for software delivery out of India Site.
• Follow ASPICE process (develop SRS, SDD, SW Construction, Software Unit Verification) before delivering software to OEM
• Travel to various ZF locations across the globe based on need.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Expertise level knowledge of  HTML5 : Comprehensive knowledge of tags, HTML API (Geo, Storage, More APIs), Canvas APIs, META Tags and Semantic markup 
• Expertise level knowledge of CSS3 : CSS Object Model, Selectors & Hierarchy, Layouts, Responsive Designs, Build Tools, SASS / SCSS & Flexbox
• Expertise level knowledge of ES6: Object-Oriented programming principles,  DOM Selectors, Event Handlers, Jquery - Functions, Callbacks, Promises, Debugging tools & approach
• Experience in creating build scripts from scratch using Webpack & Gulp with relevant plugins to improve DevOps
• Ability to independently create technical design of an Epic utilising the knowledge of JavaScript design patterns and CSS best practices
• Experience in reviewing the technical design and implementation of other frontend team members
• Ability to Suggest better alternatives to existing solutions for improving the solution quality (both functional and non-functional problems)
