Job Summary

We are looking for creative Digital Marketing Interns to support social media and online marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle social media accounts
• Create posters and marketing content
• Support online campaigns
• Assist in lead generation activities
• Coordinate with marketing team

Requirements

• Students or freshers can apply

Your responsibilities: 

• Efficiently managing the client's portfolio and ensuring excellent customer service through the accurate and timely delivery of service and campaigns to the client as per the requirement.
• Build digital marketing roadmap & proposals for clients which include social media, influencer, PR & performance marketing campaigns.
• Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities 
• Total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with the client
• Maintaining high levels of engagement for all your clients through the team.
• Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders and be the primary point of contact for all the matters concerning the client.
• Support senior management on crisis management issues, if required
• Stay current on social media channels, trends and analytical tools
• Incorporate digital and social strategies into Integrated Communications programs to support client objectives and work with digital innovations group to develop and execute digital strategies 
• Manage and train the rest of the team 
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget for clients
• Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals 
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional teams to create marketing/ campaign plans
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results
• Adhere to processes and systems
• Present to Senior Management

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
